Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect
- Your email address, used to sign you in and send alerts.
- The card data you enter — player, set, year, variant, cost basis, and any population or comp figures you record.
- Basic usage and billing data needed to operate your subscription.
2. How we use it
We use your information to run your account: signing you in, calculating your queue's calls, sending you alert and digest emails, and processing your subscription. We don't sell your data.
3. Third-party services we rely on
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe handles your payment details directly; we never see or store your card number.
- Supabase — hosts our database, where your account and card data are stored.
- Netlify — hosts the application itself.
- Resend — delivers sign-in links and alert emails.
- SportsCardsPro / PriceCharting — supplies pricing data we use to populate comps for your cards. We send them card details (player, set, year, variant) to look up matching prices; we don't send them your email or account information.
4. Cookies and sessions
We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It's required for the app to function and isn't used for advertising or tracking.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and card data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it, subject to what we're required to retain for billing and legal records.
6. Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us at the address below.
7. Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections and access-controlled infrastructure from our hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
SlabCall isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
