1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SlabCall, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. What SlabCall does
SlabCall lets you log raw sports cards you're considering grading, record recent sale prices and population data for those cards, and calculates whether grading, holding, or selling raw is likely to clear breakeven based on the numbers you and our data providers supply. It is a calculator applied to data — it does not verify card authenticity, condition, or grading outcomes.
3. Not financial or investment advice
SlabCall provides informational calculations only. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, or professional advice, and no recommendation it generates is a guarantee of any outcome. Card values are volatile and can move against you after a calculation is made. You are solely responsible for your own grading, buying, and selling decisions.
4. Accounts
You need a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in email secure.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law. Prices may change with notice before your next billing cycle.
6. Data sources and accuracy
Card pricing data comes from a mix of information you enter yourself and third-party pricing data providers. We don't control, and can't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of, third-party pricing data. Population report data is entered manually by you and is only as current as your last update.
7. Your content
You own the card and queue data you enter. You grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the service to you — to calculate calls, send you alerts, and display your queue back to you.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use SlabCall to break the law, attempt to access other users' data, overload or abuse the service, or resell access without our permission.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
SlabCall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlabCall and its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including losses from a grading or selling decision made using the app — arising from your use of the service.
11. Termination
You may stop using SlabCall and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of SlabCall after a change means you accept the updated terms.
